Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nellystella. The term “you”, “your” and “yours” refer to you, a user of our website.
Use of the Website
By placing an order for an Item through our website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, you must stop using this website.
Your Status and Eligibility to Purchase
When you order an Item, you will be required to provide payment details. You represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the “billing information” provided.
Registration and Accounts
We have made every effort to ensure the correctness of all details, photographs and descriptions relating to Items on our website. We do our best to display, as accurately as possible, the relevant length, colours, textures and dimensions of each Item.
However, please note that any measurements provided on products are as accurate as possible. Some discrepancies may occur, as they are approximate measurements only. The actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor and browser and therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any image is a completely accurate representation of the actual Item.
In relation to our handcrafted items, particularly accessories and block-printed fabrics, please be aware that there may be some subtle differences or variances in the Item you receive compared with the photograph of the same Item on our website. It is this that makes each of our Items unique and special.
All orders are subject to availability of the Item or Items selected. Please note that there may be a delay between the time you place an order and the time when we accept your order, which may result in a change to the stock position relating to particular Items. We will notify you as soon as possible if an Item you have ordered is out of stock.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. When you place an order, your order constitutes an offer to buy an Item from us. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this email does not mean that your order has been accepted, rather it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order will take place when your order is dispatched. We will email you that your order has been dispatched (Order Confirmation). The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if certain events occur. For example, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if an Item is out of stock or withdrawn, if there is a system malfunction, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular Item or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms of Sale.
All Item prices are shown on our website in US Dollars, unless otherwise stated. International currency exchange rates may be updated from time to time at our discretion. Please note that the price of any Item stated on our website excludes delivery costs. Delivery costs are based on the weight of the Items selected, as well as your location, and will be added to the total amount due at the final checkout page.
Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices stated on our website are correct, sometimes mistakes can occur. If, prior to dispatching an Item to you, we discover a mistake in the price of an Item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order.
Prices of Items may change from time to time so please carefully check the pricing information provided on our website to confirm the current price of any Item. Any price changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Customers outside Taiwan may also be liable for any import duty, tax, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. Before placing an order, we suggest you verify what local requirements may apply to you.
Returns and Exchanges
At Nellystella, we would love for you to be happy with your purchase. However, should you not be fully satisfied, we are happy to assist you in exchanging the item purchase for an alternative item, or return you with a store credit refund.
Any exchange or return will be processed as a store credit refund. The amount you are refunded will be equal to the value of the original item purchase, not inclusive of shipping cost.
Items will only be processed for an exchange or return if these conditions are met:
- Returns or exchanges are processed on our Return Portal within 7 days of receipt of your item,
- Item is returned in its original condition – unused, unwashed, tag attached, and in its original packaging
- Returned items are securely repackaged.
- You return your items to us at your own expense, within 12 days of processing the return at our Return Portal.
We recommend using an insured, registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be exchanged or credited to you.
After applying for a return or exchange at our Return Portal, a Returns document will be generated and emailed to you together with our Return Address. If the preceding conditions are met, we will notify you via email once again once we receive your returned item(s) and have processed the exchange or return as a store credit fund.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your request for an exchange is received. In such instances, we will notify you through email to arrange for an alternative item, or a store credit refund.
All postage costs for returns, exchanges and refunds will be at your own expense.
We are unable to accept exchanges or store credit refunds on the following:
- Items marked “Sale” (or similar)
All postage costs for exchanges or credit notes will be your responsibility.
Please note we are not able to accept exchanges or store credit refunds on:
Items marked "Sale" (or similar), “Sample” or “Seconds"
Swimwear, accessories, tights or socks.
Any Items that are exchanges or have been purchased using a credit note
Any Items that have been made or prepared according to your specifications, for example, personalised, customised or “made to order” Items (except where these Items are faulty or damaged in transit)
Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully check each Item before packaging and sending it to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an Item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your receipt. Please also ensure that you take the following steps:
- Take photos of the original shipping box and the damaged item (s)
- Contact your nearest local post office and fill in a "damage report" - please retain the damaged goods and packaging.
We may change these Terms of Sale at any time. We also reserve the right to amend, vary or remove any Items and any page of this website at any time and without notice.
Please read these Terms of Sale regularly. If you do not agree to any change we make to the Terms of Sale, you must please stop using our website immediately. Any changes made to our Terms of Sale after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
